Fitness Training
Our fitness coach, Will Cunningham (ex-Royal Marines PTI) has developed a program called Fitness Agility & Speed Training or FAST 4 Football.
Its a program of football-specific training designed to make you fit, strong, fast and agile and is tailored to the rigors of the modern game.
With particular attention to areas such as balance and coordination, core strength and agility and with an emphasis on explosive power and speed this program has been of immense benefit to our Centre of Excellence players and now it's available to all.
